Director, State Key Laboratory of Vehicle Pollution Control and Simulation for Environmental Protection
He is currently the director of the Vehicle Emission Control Center (VECC) of the China Academy of Environmental Sciences (CAES). He has worked at VECC for 23 years and has played an important role in the development of motor vehicle emission control policies, regulations, and emission standards in China. Since 2018, he is also the director of State Key Laboratory of Vehicle Pollution Control and Simulation for Environmental Protection at the same time.
