Zhongying WANG graduated from the Institute of Nuclear Research of Tsinghua University in 1989, and has been engaged in policy research on conventional energy, energy supply and demand analysis, and energy supply modeling since 1995, and policy analysis on renewable energy and commercialization of renewable energy technologies since 1996. He is mainly involved in national renewable energy development planning, provincial renewable energy development planning, renewable energy legislation and supporting policies related to the commercialization of renewable energy.
