10月28日，《湖南省碳达峰实施方案》发布并提出推动运输工具装备低碳转型。加快推广电动汽车、氢能汽车、液化天然气船舶等新能源运输工具，推动城市公共服务车辆电动化替代，组织实施高效清洁运输装备推广工程，逐步降低传统燃油汽车在新车产销和汽车保有量中的占比。全面推进货运车辆标准化、厢式化、轻量化，促进燃油客货运交通智能化，降低空载率和不合理客货运周转量，提升能源利用效率。“十四五”期间，新增公交车辆全部采用新能源及清洁能源，到2030年，当年新增非化石能源动力交通工具比例达到40%，营运交通工具单位换算周转量碳排放强度比2020年下降9.5%左右。 View Details >
